About Us

Looking to gain confidence as a parent? Or grow as partners?

Hearth & Home Counseling uses evidenced-based treatment modalities to help families and couples connect. Here is a brief list of the services we provide:

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) - An evidence-based practice focused on building attachment and connection while fostering resilience and reducing stress through play. PCIT works for children ages 2-7 and their caregivers by providing coaching in-the-moment to manage meltdowns, increase positive behavior, and improve parenting confidence

Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) - A warm and validating approach that helps couples reconnect and feel passion, intimacy, support, and enjoyment as a couple. Rooted in attachment theory, EFCT identifies and transforms patterns that leave couples feeling stuck and disconnected. EFCT can help partners feel more understood by each other to enhance joy in relationships

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) - a practical, goal-oriented approach that can help couples and families focus on what works and build on strengths. SFBT encourages small, meaningful steps towards positive change all while highlighting hope, resilience, and strengths inherent in all individuals.
